Concrete Sealing
Sealing concrete before winter helps protect it from freeze-thaw damage, which can lead to cracking and spalling. Sealants create a barrier that prevents water from penetrating the concrete surface, reducing the risk of damage from freezing temperatures.

Why Seal Concrete Before Winter?
-
Freeze-Thaw Damage: Water that seeps into concrete pores can freeze and expand, causing stress and damage, especially in cold climates.
-
De-icing Salts: Salts used to melt ice and snow can also damage concrete by accelerating the freeze-thaw cycle and causing corrosion.
-
Stains and Contaminants: Sealers can protect against stains from dirt, oil, and other contaminants.
-
